Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026 · Vozaman Ventures LLC

Please read these Terms carefully. They describe what you can expect from Tsip Tsip and what we expect from you, and they include limits on our liability and how disputes are handled.

1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Vozaman Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Jersey (“Tsip Tsip”, “we”, “us”). Tsip Tsip is a product operated by Vozaman Ventures LLC. They govern your access to and use of the Tsip Tsip website at https://tsiptsip.com, its subdomains, our mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”).

You accept these Terms when you create an account (by ticking the acceptance box, or by tapping Accept after reading them), when you accept updated Terms we ask you to review, or by otherwise using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a farm, business or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms by reference.

Your contract is with Vozaman Ventures LLC alone. Vozaman Ventures LLC’s members, managers, officers, employees and contractors are not parties to these Terms and, to the extent the law allows, you agree not to bring claims against them personally for anything arising from the Service.

2. What the Service is

Tsip Tsip is a platform for poultry and small-livestock farmers. It currently includes:

  • Farm management tools: flock, egg, feed, health, vaccination, incubation, expense, staff and customer records, reminders, reports and compliance tracking.
  • Bazar: a public marketplace where farms publish storefronts and listings and buyers, including guests without an account, place orders.
  • Community: a discussion forum for farmers.
  • Help assistant: an automated assistant that answers questions about using the Service and about farming practices.
  • Notifications: reminders and alerts by email, web push and mobile push.

The Service is in active development and features may be added, changed, limited or removed at any time. Some features are labelled beta or early access and may be less reliable.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current registration information and keep it up to date;
  • keep your password and any second-factor method confidential and secure;
  • be responsible for all activity under your account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access;
  • keep only one personal account, and not share it with other people.

Farm accounts and team members

A farm (organization) has an owner and may invite managers, workers and other members. The owner controls who has access and is responsible for the people they invite, for the accuracy of the farm’s data, and for ensuring that each invited person has agreed to these Terms. Members can see and edit farm data according to the role they are given. Removing a member ends their access to that farm’s data.

Sign-in with third parties

If you sign in with Google or another identity provider, we receive the profile information you authorize that provider to share (typically your name and email address). Your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms.

4. Your content

“Your Content” means the data and material you submit to the Service: farm records, listings, photos, orders, forum posts, replies, reviews, messages, feedback and anything else you upload or enter. As between you and us, you own Your Content.

You grant Vozaman Ventures LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Service and to provide it to you and the people you choose to share it with. For content you make public (for example Bazar listings, storefront details, reviews and forum posts) the license extends to displaying it publicly through the Service, including in search-engine previews and social sharing cards generated by the Service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that persist in backups for a limited period, content others have quoted or replied to, and records we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for backing up anything you cannot afford to lose; the Service is not an archival or legal record-keeping system.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information derived from use of the Service (for example, regional disease trends or usage statistics) that does not identify you or your farm.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, including animal-health, food-safety, consumer-protection, tax, export and sanctions rules;
  • post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • misrepresent products, origin, quality, certification, health status, withdrawal periods or your identity or affiliation;
  • sell or offer anything prohibited by law or by our marketplace rules, including animals or products you know to be diseased, unsafe or subject to a restriction;
  • send spam, scrape or harvest data (including other users’ contact details), or use the Service to build a competing dataset;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass rate limits, authentication or access controls, or interfere with its operation;
  • upload malware, or use automated means to create accounts, place orders or post content;
  • access data belonging to another farm or user, or attempt to do so;
  • reverse engineer or copy the Service except to the extent applicable law allows despite this restriction;
  • attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, votes or rankings.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts as described in Section 12. We may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bazar marketplace

We are a venue, not a party to sales. On the Bazar, farms (“Sellers”) offer products and buyers, whether logged-in or guests, place orders. Every sale is a contract directly between the Seller and the buyer. Vozaman Ventures LLC does not buy, hold, inspect, store, ship or deliver goods, does not set prices, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, description, availability or delivery of anything listed, or for any Seller’s or buyer’s conduct.

Sellers

  • You are responsible for holding all licences, registrations and certifications your products and territory require, and for complying with food-safety, veterinary, labelling, weights-and-measures, consumer-protection, and tax laws.
  • Listings must be truthful and current, including price, quantity, area served and delivery terms.
  • You may use a buyer’s name, phone number and order details only to fulfil that order and keep required records. You must not use them for marketing without the buyer’s separate consent, and you must not share them with anyone else.
  • You are responsible for handling complaints, refunds, returns and any legal rights the buyer has against you.
  • Additional marketplace terms may be presented when you first open a storefront; if so, they also bind you.

Buyers

  • Orders are requests to a Seller and are not confirmed until the Seller accepts them.
  • The Service does not currently process payments. Payment, pickup and delivery are arranged and settled directly between you and the Seller. Never pay anyone outside an arrangement you are comfortable with, and be cautious of requests to pay in advance.
  • When you order as a guest, you give us the name and phone number you enter so the Seller can contact you and deliver. How that data is kept and removed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Reviews, reports and moderation

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Anyone can report a listing or storefront, and we may review reports and remove or restrict listings, storefronts or accounts at our discretion. Moderation decisions are made on the information available to us; we do not guarantee that any listing has been reviewed.

7. Community forum

Posts and replies are visible to other users and may be visible to the public. Post responsibly: do not share personal data about others, and do not post anything you would not want to be public and searchable. Opinions in the forum belong to their authors, not to us. Advice from other members, including animal-health advice, is not professional advice (see Section 8).

We may pin, hide, hold for review, move or delete posts, mute users, and act on reports. Repeated or serious violations may lead to loss of posting rights or account closure.

8. Farm, health and compliance information, and your responsibility

Tsip Tsip is a record-keeping aid. It helps you write things down, remember them and spot patterns. It does not make decisions for you, and it does not know your animals, your products or your local rules as well as you, your veterinarian and your authority do.

The Service provides record-keeping tools and general information, including disease catalogues, withdrawal-period calculations, vaccination and treatment schedules, compliance checks, weather data, regional alerts and answers from the Help assistant. None of this is veterinary, medical, legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, and none of it replaces the judgment of a licensed veterinarian or the requirements of your local authority.

  • Calculations, reminders and alerts depend on the data entered and on third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always verify withdrawal periods, dosages and legal requirements against the product label, your veterinarian and the applicable regulations before acting, selling or slaughtering.
  • Withdrawal periods and safe dates. A withdrawal-period or “safe to sell or eat” date shown by the Service is an estimate calculated from what you or your team entered. It can be wrong if a record is missing, mistyped or out of date, or if the rules for the product differ. You must confirm every withdrawal period with the product label and your veterinarian before selling, slaughtering or consuming eggs, meat or milk. Do not sell or eat anything because the app shows a date has passed.
  • Disease alerts and reporting duties. Regional disease alerts, disease catalogue entries and compliance reminders are informational only. They may be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or not shown at all. They are not an official notification and the absence of an alert does not mean there is no risk. Notifiable-disease reporting, movement controls, quarantine, vaccination and other legal duties remain yours: confirm what applies to you with your veterinarian and the competent authority, and report to them directly. Never wait for, or rely on, an alert from the Service.
  • Your decisions and your records. You decide what to do on your farm and are responsible for what you enter, for checking that records, calculations and reports are correct before you rely on them or give them to anyone (an inspector, a buyer, a lender or a tax authority), and for keeping any records the law requires in a form the law accepts. The Service’s reports are not accounting, tax or audit documents.
  • The Help assistant is automated and can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment or safety-critical decisions. In an emergency or for a serious animal-health concern, contact a veterinarian or the competent authority.
  • You remain solely responsible for the health and welfare of your animals, the safety of what you sell, and your own regulatory reporting. Vozaman Ventures LLC does not assume any of these duties by providing the Service.

9. Fees

The Service is currently offered without charge. We may introduce paid plans, fees or commissions in the future. We will show you the price and terms before you are charged, and you will be free to decline and stop using the paid feature. If we start charging for something that is currently free, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to third parties, such as hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, push-notification networks, weather and geocoding data, and sign-in providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

11. Our intellectual property and feedback

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, disease and reference catalogues, and the Tsip Tsip name, is owned by Vozaman Ventures LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright or other intellectual-property infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at our contact address, which is being set up and will be published on this page before general launch (until then, use the feedback option inside the app) with a description of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

12. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. Farm owners can delete their account and farm data from the Danger Zone in Settings (and in the mobile app); deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so export what you need first. An owner of a farm shared with other members must transfer or remove those members before deleting the farm.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access, remove content, or close your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the law, that your use creates risk or harm to others or to the Service, or if required by law. Where practical and lawful we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

On termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including those on Your Content licenses for content already shared with others, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOZAMAN VENTURES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST. THE SERVICE IS IN EARLY ACCESS AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CALCULATION (INCLUDING WITHDRAWAL PERIODS, SAFE DATES, DOSAGES, FEED, FINANCIAL OR PRODUCTION FIGURES), REMINDER, REPORT, DISEASE ALERT, DISEASE OR REFERENCE INFORMATION OR HELP ASSISTANT ANSWER IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any yield, income, compliance outcome, animal health result or transaction with another user.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOZAMAN VENTURES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, LIVESTOCK, PRODUCT OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) US$100. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY FREE, THE LIMIT IS ORDINARILY US$100. THIS LIMIT IS THE TOTAL FOR ALL CLAIMS TOGETHER, NOT PER CLAIM, AND APPLIES WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, OR OTHERWISE).

ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT AGAINST VOZAMAN VENTURES LLC ONLY. NO MEMBER, MANAGER, OFFICER, EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR OF VOZAMAN VENTURES LLC HAS ANY PERSONAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

THE LIMITS ABOVE APPLY TO LOSSES FROM RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE’S CALCULATIONS, ALERTS, REMINDERS, REPORTS OR ASSISTANT ANSWERS, INCLUDING ANIMAL ILLNESS OR LOSS, PRODUCT RECALLS, REGULATORY FINES AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of other users, Sellers, buyers or third-party services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or in consumer contracts; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits, and these Terms do not take away consumer rights that cannot be waived.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vozaman Ventures LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other users, goods you sell or advice you give, decisions you make or fail to make about your animals, products or legal duties, or your breach of these Terms or the law. This does not apply where the law prohibits it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in the State of New Jersey, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Before starting a formal claim, please contact us at our contact address, which is being set up and will be published on this page before general launch (until then, use the feedback option inside the app) and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.

If you are a consumer located outside the United States, you keep any mandatory consumer-protection rights and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence that your local law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you notice (for example in the app, by email, or by asking you to accept the new version the next time you sign in) before it takes effect. The “Effective” date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after the effective date you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

18. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy (and any additional terms shown for a specific feature) are the entire agreement between you and Vozaman Ventures LLC about the Service.
  • Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
  • No waiver. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages of internet or hosting providers, epidemics, war or government action.
  • Sanctions and export. You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving it under applicable sanctions or export laws.
  • Notices. We may notify you by posting in the Service, in-app message, or email to the address on your account. You are responsible for keeping that address current.
  • Language. We may provide translations for convenience. If they conflict with the English version, the English version controls where the law allows.
